Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address, login credentials handled through our authentication provider, display name, team name, league participation, lineups, picks, scores, leaderboard results, season or event activity, and chat or message content you post in league or season spaces.

We may also collect support messages and basic technical information such as device type, browser type, app version, IP address, log data, and service usage activity so we can operate, secure, and improve Fantasy Best Ball.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, let you join leagues, submit lineups, view leaderboards, participate in events, display gameplay history, provide chat and league communication features, send account and service messages, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We also use information to troubleshoot, improve the website and related apps, and generate automated recap or notification content tied to gameplay activity.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, including providers for hosting, analytics, authentication, database and file storage, email delivery, and similar infrastructure services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.

League and Gameplay Visibility

Information such as your display name, team name, lineups, standings, scores, trophies, and chat messages may be visible to other members of the leagues or seasons you join.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the in-app settings flow or from our public deletion page. When deletion completes, we disable sign-in access, remove or redact personal account data such as your email address and avatar, and sign you out.

To preserve league integrity, shared standings, payouts, and competition history, we keep certain historical records in anonymized form. For example, league memberships, entries, lineups, scores, and leaderboard results may remain as deleted-user records so past events still make sense to other participants.

Authored league chat message content is redacted during account deletion. Private inbox-style messages, reactions, read state, email notification state, and stored avatar files are deleted. We also keep a minimal deletion audit record for security and operational purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Children

Fantasy Best Ball is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can start the public deletion flow at /delete-account.
